About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support high-volume purchasing and accounts payable operations within a fast-paced business environment. What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for invoice processing inquiries, resolving issues with internal teams and external vendors
  • Process full-cycle Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) activities with accuracy and efficiency
  • Create and manage:
    • Shopping carts
    • Purchase orders
    • Goods/service receipts
  • Review and maintain:
    • Parked invoice lists
    • GR/IR reports
  • Investigate and resolve vendor payment inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Process invoices and support vendor maintenance updates
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Screen and prioritize communications (email, calls, requests)

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma required (Associate degree preferred)

Required Qualifications
