Position Overview
This position is responsible for unitizing and closing out work orders, as well as conducting the necessary research to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator who can work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Unitize and close out work orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform research required to complete work order processing
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company standards and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Associate degree or higher
