Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Technician who is bi-lingual and open to a flexible schedule based on site processing needs. This role may require weekend work and occasional shift changes with advanced notice. The ideal candidate will operate equipment and machinery safely for shipping and receiving materials to meet customer needs while ensuring warehouse operations are conducted according to policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment and machinery safely for shipping and receiving of materials.
• Prepare shipments for customers, including all required labels, documents, and products.
• Assemble and place products in shipping containers for shipment.
• Receive, store, and distribute raw materials, equipment, and supplies to the proper location.
• Recognize and ensure appropriate labeling and correct handling of products.
• Follow procedures and directions from the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Perform inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of shipments.
• Perform housekeeping duties to keep production and operations in an orderly and safe condition.
• Complete all training, including SuccessFactors and legal compliance modules.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and report any incidents to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Up to 3 years of experience in a warehouse or related environment.
• Strong attention to safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Must be bi-lingual.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and adjust shifts based on site needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate must be open to flexing hours based on site processing needs, including weekend work, and may be asked to shift to another shift to cover operations with advanced notice.
