Job Description
Our client, a major chemical manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Developer & Instructor to support their Global Digital Training and Development Team!
This contract position (eligible for extension) is a fully remote, part time opportunity with a starting pay rate of $35/hour.
Responsibilities
- Working with software developers and project managers to identify training needs and delivering materials on time.
- Designing and implementing training materials and curricula for a new Software product including ppt’ s, step by step guides, and short simulations. Other materials as requested.
- Assist with coordinating training schedules when needed, to support local trainers.
- Assist with formatting and finalizing software documentation including work instructions and technical specification.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 Years of training and/or instructional Design for Digital Software
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and software recording tools for training.
- Bachelor Degree strongly preferred
