Technician I
Job Description
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights Available)
Type: Temp-to-Hire | 100% Onsite
Client: Our Client (Manufacturing Industry)
- Operate manufacturing equipment and support systems (conveyors, pelletizers, etc.)
- Stage materials, package finished goods, and conduct quality checks
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete audits
- Safely drive a forklift to move materials
- Follow ISO/TS16949 procedures and meet daily production targets
- Support maintenance, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Forklift experience (Required)
- Must pass an online assessment before interview confirmation
- Able to pass drug screen and medical exam
- Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts:
- Week A: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
- Week B: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours incl. OT)
- Day shift: 6 AM – 6 PM | Night shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (Nights currently available)
- Thrive in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Be open to flexible shifts and training during the first 90–180 days
- Demonstrate strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail
- Complete required safety, forklift, and operations training
- Maintain consistent attendance and physical stamina for hands-on work

With more than 35 years of experience practicing law, Deb Schneider provides our clients with an extensive bank of legal knowledge which she uses daily in leading CrossFire. She is well-versed in contract, compliance, and legal matters as they relate to HR and staffing services.
She was a partner in two of Michigan’s premier law firms as well as vice president/chief legal officer for Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART), a publicly traded automobile race sanctioning body. In her spare time, she is an adjunct professor teaching Sports Law at both Michigan State University College of Law and Wayne State University Law School and is working on a sports law themed podcast: Sports Slaw.
She is admitted to practice before Michigan State Courts, United States Federal Courts, and the United States Supreme Court. She holds Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degrees in Human Biology and Economics from Stanford University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Wayne State University.
