1) GENERAL SUMMARY
To ensure suppliers ship the correct parts to the correct place in time for production line requirements without overstock conditions.
2) ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
This position requires one to interact with supervisors, production employees, suppliers, co-workers, and other departments.
3) SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
This position is to ensure parts required to support production at the MAP facility are delivered on time.
4) PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Research items for shortage
2. Contact vendors for timely shipments (behind schedule-over shipments)
3. Identify accuracy issues of inventory or releases
4. Issue VSR
5. Timely disposition of DM Materials
6. Review future production forecast and check materials ordered correctly
5) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required, for this position, along with one to three years of general experience in this field.
- Strong organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office Products, and a high level of initiative are expected.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbal and written, be extremely accurate in quality of work, and be able to work independently.
- Also, good problem solving skills, extensive SAP experience, and the ability to multi task are required.

Light- Intermittent sitting, standing, and walking, no physical strain
7) WORKING CONDITIONS
This position requires one to work as a team in an inside work area while maintaining a regular work schedule.
