We have a great client that is looking for an Office Administrator - Shipping in Wayland, MI!
Hours - Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00 pm. Hours can be flexible if needed.
Direct hire opportunity. $18 an hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Work as a valuable team member to schedule and organize customer freight pickups from our warehouse.
- Working in an office setting, process customer orders, complete paperwork, schedule freight.
- Work with customers or freight broker to reschedule missed appointments.
- Update daily shipping logs and spreadsheets.
- Report new sales and schedule new orders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- They use an ERP system called Acumatica. Plus if the candidate has experience with this but is not required, but need someone who is experienced with some type of accounting system and Microsoft Word and Excel.
