Now Hiring: Senior Financial Analyst – Onsite | $42.97/hr | Bingham Farms, MI
CrossFire Group / MedNational Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support a special project within the Dialysis Administration division of Our Client, a leading healthcare organization. This is a full-time, contract role with strong potential for temp-to-hire, based on performance.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $42.97/hour
Role Summary:
The Sr. Financial Analyst will support fixed asset accounting, financial analysis, and performance evaluation across the Dialysis division. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze fixed asset account reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist in budgeting, performance narratives, and variance analysis
- Support audits and prepare footnotes for quarterly/annual financial statements
- Ensure timely recognition of asset retirements and compliance with capital policies
- Provide financial insights and performance reporting
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with PeopleSoft
- Master’s Degree or MBA
- Background in budgeting and financial reporting
- Process improvement experience
Team Structure:
You’ll join a collaborative team of analysts working to support the financial performance of the Dialysis division.
