Join Our Client, a global industry leader, as an S&OP & Fulfillment Specialist supporting enterprise-wide planning, fulfillment, and operations initiatives. This is a high-impact hybrid role (3 days onsite) based in Research Triangle Park, NC.
About the Role:
As the S&OP & Fulfillment Specialist, you'll lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities, balancing demand trends with supply capacity and inventory goals. You’ll also oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash fulfillment process—ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Monthly S&OP Processes: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance to align short- and long-term plans.
Risk Mitigation & Opportunity Seizing: Recognize and manage complex cause-effect dynamics impacting supply/demand.
Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and improve cross-functional planning and fulfillment processes.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Communicate and advocate for customer needs while resolving risks across planning, QA, Regulatory, and Compliance.
Fulfillment Execution: Oversee all aspects of order-to-cash processes including expediting, backorder monitoring, returns, consignment orders, and more.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business).
Experience: 8+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
ERP & Data Skills: Experience extracting/managing large datasets from ERP tools; Excel expert (pivot tables, v-lookups, reporting).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-departmental teams and drive resolution on complex challenges.
Customer-Facing Experience: Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of delivering high service levels.
Strategic Communicator: Strong presentation and communication skills at all organizational levels.
