Part-Time Hybrid Senior Accountant (20-25 hrs/week) – Parma, ID

$30-$35 per hour - Flexible Schedule - Hybrid (Onsite Once a Week)

Are you an experienced Senior Accountant looking for a flexible part-time opportunity in a hybrid work environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in Parma, ID, with the option to work either four 5-hour days or three 8-hour days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close activities during the last two and first two business days of the month
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and accurate financial reports
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and workpapers
• Conduct product costing reviews
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Contact customers for past-due Accounts Receivables
• Manage supplier master data
• Collaborate with the accounting team and provide backup support as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5-7 years of accounting or financial controlling experience
• Bachelor Degree in accounting
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts and theories
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and data entry accuracy
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor M3 preferred)
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-functional and global team environment
• Excellent written communication skills, including professional email correspondence
• Strong technical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
