Job Description

Job Title: SAP Quality Management Analyst (Contract)
Location: Durham, NC (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)
Pay Rate: $40- $42 per hour


Work Arrangement: Onsite with potential for hybrid (1-2 days remote) once fully trained

Job Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Quality Management Analyst to support our client in a contingent role focused on data entry, quality assurance, and system management. This role involves working with SAP QM (Quality Management) and other systems to ensure data integrity, support project phases, and provide quality assurance oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, data management, and quality control processes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Script Development: Assist in creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
  • Specification Audits: Compare specifications across multiple systems, identify discrepancies, report findings, and assist in action planning and tracking.
  • Master Data Setup & Maintenance: Support SAP QM master data setup, including mass data uploads, inspection plans, master inspection characteristics, usage decision codes, and certificate profiles.
  • Data Transfers: Ensure data integrity during transfer activities across North America.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Participate in training sessions and assist in knowledge transfer to team members.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP systems, preferably SAP QM.
  • Experience with data entry, data management, and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and project management tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality management systems.
  • Previous experience supporting large-scale IT projects (preferred).

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially Excel conditional formatting for reconciling large datasets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across multiple levels and countries.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Multilingual skills (Spanish/German/English) are a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Primary location: 2 TW Alexander Drive, Durham, NC (RTP Office).
  • Flexibility required to work with project teams across different time zones.
  • Potential for hybrid work (1-2 days remote) once fully trained.
