We have a great client that is looking for a Project Superintendent in Cincinnati, OH!

The Project Superintendent is responsible for the construction of natural grass base construction, drainage layers, irrigation components, soil layers, and other field related items.

Key Activities:

• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating site construction-related tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Possess a broad understanding of equipment repair techniques and practices, with the ability to troubleshoot and minimize any potential lost time.
• Manage project budgets by meticulously reviewing estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports, and ensuring adherence to allocated funds.
• Supervise staff working on natural grass construction and any subcontractors involved in the project, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Facilitate daily huddles and toolbox talks with the team to ensure everyone is informed of necessary JHA (Job Hazardous Analysis) and up to date on the project's progress.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and contractors to identify and address any issues that arise during construction, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems.
• Analyze all job specifications and plans to determine the most effective and efficient construction methods.
• Maintain accurate records of all documentation, including accurate as-built drawings, to facilitate the closeout process.

Professional Qualifications:

• Building and Construction Experience - Possess a comprehensive knowledge of building and construction, including the materials, methods, and tools involved in construction, demonstrating a solid foundation in the principles and practices of the construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or real-world construction experience required.
