Job Summary:
Our Client is seeking a Manager I, Project to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. This role involves translating strategic learning plans into actionable project plans and ensuring the smooth delivery of virtual and in-person training programs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong communication skills and experience in project management, ideally within corporate L&D or HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support & Execution:
- Translate strategic learning plans developed by Senior Learning Consultants (SLCs) into actionable project plans.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of L&D initiatives using Monday.com, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery coordination.
- Track project progress, mitigate risks, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
- Act as the operational point of contact between SLCs, business stakeholders, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors.
- Ensure alignment across all parties on deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Provide regular updates and proactively flag any issues to SLCs and leadership.
- Learning Program Logistics:
- Oversee the logistics for virtual and in-person learning events, ensuring all communications, enrollment, materials, and technology needs are handled.
- Work with LMS administrators and technology teams to ensure seamless learning delivery.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Support SLCs in defining success metrics and capturing data to measure program effectiveness.
- Gather participant feedback and recommend process improvements for future program delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within corporate L&D or HR.
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as LMS and virtual platforms.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles is essential.
- Certifications:
- Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
