Program Management Director

•  Drive the daily activities to meet overall program objectives and focus on process within product definition and engineering design cycles.
• Schedule and lead program meetings to report out on program status.
• Develop project timing plans, lead, track, and report progress to plan and drive solutions to address any identified gaps.
• Support prototype builds, testing, and validation to meet production timing.
• Interface with purchasing on suppliers and product research.
• Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks, drive engineering discussions and decisions on critical system parameters.
• Communicate status and big picture to the project team and executive management.
• Identify multi-functional design dependencies and risks.
• Influence and negotiate project architecture and design with system teams to ensure proper scoping.
• Provide leadership on other high-priority projects related to product development as assigned.
• Manage a team of direct reports related to program and process management.
