This hybrid role involves a mix of data entry, batching, and settlement functions that require a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, especially debits and credits. The ideal candidate is comfortable working under deadlines and is proficient with Excel and other enterprise software tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry of financial transactions with accuracy and speed
- Handle batching and settlement processes
- Assist with report preparation
- Research and resolve internal inquiries, issues, or complaints
- Communicate effectively with internal customers
- Learn and adapt to company-specific accounting systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic accounting knowledge (understanding of debits/credits)
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (formulas, sorting, filtering)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
