They are expanding rapidly — recently doubling one of their offices and planning to open two additional sites in the coming year — and they are looking for talented physicians to grow with them.
Position Overview
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join their expanding team in McAllen, TX or Harlingen, TX!
Candidates with a subspecialty or strong interest in Behavioral Health or Geriatrics are highly encouraged to apply.
This is an outpatient-only role within a supportive, team-oriented environment that values autonomy, balance, and professional growth. Early Career and New Graduates encouraged to apply, will consider relocation.
Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
- Manage 20–25 patients per day with the support of experienced PAs and NPs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize Athena EMR for documentation and care coordination
- Participate in quality initiatives and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $200,000–$230,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus: 10–20% of base salary, tied to productivity and quality metrics
- Partnership/Equity: Eligibility after 3 years (profit-sharing or ownership model)
