Our client is looking for a remote Telehealth Physician for a contract role budgeted for 12 months, with a pay rate of $175.00 per hour. (Benefits Available)

Pay Rate: $175.00 (roughly 2 hours per week) 

Remote Work: Telehealth (Must reside in South Carolina)
 Schedule: 8 hours per month (2 hours per assigned NP per month)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a South Carolina Board-Licensed Family Medicine Physician to support Care Connections by conducting telehealth-based chart reviews and collaborating with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to ensure high-quality care. This position offers flexible, remote work and a competitive pay rate of $175 per hour for physicians looking to contribute to healthcare quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Conduct monthly quality chart reviews of a 10% representative sample or a minimum of 2 chart reviews per assigned NP
 ✔ Ensure compliance with state regulations by meeting with assigned NPs to discuss chart documentation and care quality
 ✔ Be available by phone or electronic communication during the NP’s working hours (40 hours per week)
 ✔ Serve as a supervising and collaborating physician per state law and Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreements
 ✔ Provide medical oversight and quality review to improve healthcare delivery
 ✔ Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to all state healthcare regulations
 ✔ Work closely with Care Connections to ensure that Nurse Practitioners have appropriate guidance and support
 ✔ Liability insurance will be provided for claims arising exclusively from supervision and collaboration services

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ South Carolina Board Licensed Physician (Family Medicine required)
 ✅ Must reside in South Carolina (State residency required)
 ✅ Experience conducting chart reviews and quality assurance in telehealth
 ✅ Knowledge of HIPAA, regulatory compliance, and medical documentation standards
 ✅ Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
 ✅ Availability for scheduled reviews and on-call support as needed
