Now Hiring: Production Line Worker – $17/Hour – Day Shift (Full-Time, 4-Day Work Week!)

Pay Rate: $17/hour
Job Type: Long-term contract with possible extension or direct hire for the right candidate

Work Hours:

Monday – Thursday - 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)

Enjoy three-day weekends

Paid 15-minute breaks (twice per shift)

One 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Job Summary:

Join our team-oriented production line where you’ll play a key role in assembling and packaging products. Tasks include placing bottles on a conveyor, labeling cases and cartons, and packing & stacking finished goods.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure products are correctly labeled, coded, and packaged
• Place bottles on the conveyor line
• Label cases and bags
• Pack and stack finished goods
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Report product damage or quality issues
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures

Work Environment 

• Climate-controlled facility with good lighting
• Hearing protection may be required in designated areas
• PPE provided (safety glasses, gloves, and boots required)

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically able to stand for 8-9 hours and lift up to 35 lbs
• Detail-oriented and reliable team player
• Ability to read and follow safety documents & production instructions
• Light assembly or manufacturing experience helpful (but not required)
