Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

About the Role:
Our Client, a global leader in agricultural chemicals, is seeking Packaging Operators I to support day-to-day production packaging operations at their Sparks, GA facility. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently packaging agricultural chemicals while meeting strict quality and safety standards.
This is a rotating shift role (2-2-3 schedule), meaning you’ll work 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, and repeat — including some weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform packaging tasks such as labeling, batching, capping, boxing, wiping, stacking, and palletizing materials
Handle various materials including jugs, boxes, and packing components
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your assigned work area
Adhere to strict quality and safety protocols at all times
Follow direction from Operators and Supervisors to meet daily production goals
Regularly lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
Climb stairs periodically to perform job duties
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Willingness to work 10–12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the production schedule
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Must be able to wear a respirator, work in high-noise areas, and operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
Basic math and reading comprehension skills
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, physical, background check, and medical evaluation (respirator clearance included)
