Schedule: Day Shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
About the Role
Our Client is hiring Packaging Associates to join the production team in St. Louis, MO. This role is 100% onsite and involves performing manual assembly and packaging tasks in a team-oriented production environment. Candidates should live within 25–30 minutes of the Kirkwood area for reliable commute.
Responsibilities
Perform packaging and assembly tasks, including placing bottles on conveyor lines, labeling, packing, and stacking finished goods.
Verify components, codes, and packaging comply with requirements.
Maintain product quality by identifying and reporting damaged or off-spec items.
Keep work area safe, clean, and organized, including end-of-shift cleaning.
Consistently wear required PPE (safety boots/shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection in designated areas).
Be reliable and punctual, reporting absences with as much notice as possible.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).
Experience: 0–1 years of general work experience (light assembly or manufacturing experience preferred).
Physically able to stand 8–9 hours per day, lift up to 35 lbs., and perform frequent bending.
Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety information.
Must pass a drug screening (no additional medical exams required).
Must live within a 25–30 minute commute of Kirkwood/St. Louis area.
Work Environment
Climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas.
Good lighting and minimal dust.
Team-based production line environment.
