Job Title: Project Support Specialist – Materials Communications (Temporary)
Location: Remote – Must reside in one of 15 preferred states-AZ, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY, MI, NE, NM, NY (outside greater-NYC), OH, TX, UT, WA (outside greater-Seattle), WI
Duration: 17 weeks, 4 days (approx.)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Hours per Week: 40
Pay Rate $39.27
Equipment Requirement: Must have dual monitors and a docking station
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Project Support Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a leave of absence. In this critical support role, you’ll work on high-visibility content and compliance projects related to health plan materials, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Maintenance: Accurately enter and update information in internal project plans and tracking systems.
Document Proofing: Use established quality control checklists to assist in translation proofing and documentation reviews.
Redlining Materials: Manually redline and review plan materials for submission in 11 different states, averaging 4 documents per state.
Accuracy Review: Proof provider directories and National Coverage Determinations (NCDs) for completeness and accuracy.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to keep documentation current and error-free.
Quality Assurance: Identify inconsistencies and recommend edits in alignment with internal standards and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail with strong organizational and proofreading skills.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with project/content management tools a plus.
Written Communication: Clear and concise written communication skills.
Independent Worker: Ability to follow structured processes and work with minimal supervision.
Document Experience: Prior experience in document review, quality control, or data management preferred.
