Job Description

Position Overview
We are hiring a CNC Operator to support trimming and part machining for aerospace programs. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years CNC operating experience. This position will provide opportunities for cross-training and advancement.

Responsibilities
- Load/unload parts on CNC machines (Fadal, DNM, DMS)
- Perform basic inspection and visual quality checks
- Prep materials and clean fixturing between runs
- Support high-volume trimming and quick-change setups
- Assist with composite, plastic, and metal part processing

Requirements
- 1–3 years of CNC machine operating experience
- Willingness to learn Fanuc and Fagor controls
- Ability to work efficiently in a lean team environment
- Prior exposure to aerospace or job shop work is a plus
- ProShop ERP familiarity a bonus but not required

Compensation
- $18–$26/hr depending on experience
- Full benefits, overtime available, team-driven environment
