We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist with strong computer and keyboarding skills to support our Client's sales operations. This role is production-focused, requiring accurate and efficient entry of product information into our business system. Responsibilities include researching and identifying industrial parts, creating product descriptions, uploading images, and maintaining accurate pricing data so items can be marketed online and sold. While some warehouse duties such as receiving and organizing inventory are part of the role, the emphasis is on computer-based tasks and data accuracy. Forklift experience is not required — training will be provided if needed.
Contract: 6-month contract with possibility of direct hire conversion
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with overtime availability
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound materials, verifying accuracy, quantity, and quality.
Research industrial parts online to identify product details, descriptions, and market pricing.
Enter product information, images, and pricing into the company’s business system for resale.
Collaborate with Buyers and Sales to resolve discrepancies and prepare items for online listing.
Store and organize inventory in designated locations with efficiency and safety in mind.
Process customer returns, updating system records and reintegrating items into inventory.
Support outbound shipments by ensuring products are accurately processed and prepared.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including accurate data entry, typing, and internet research.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive production tasks.
Basic math and clear communication skills.
Prior experience in warehousing, inventory management, or MRO is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn material-handling equipment (training provided if no prior experience).
