Laborer (2-Day Clean-Up Project)

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dates: Saturday, October 18 & Sunday, October 19

Job Summary
The Laborer performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision to support a short-term clean-up project. This role involves physical labor, assisting with moving materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
- Load and unload vehicles as directed.
- Assist with digging, refilling holes, and other physical tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project.
- Follow all safety procedures and use equipment properly.
- Complete other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Required: High school diploma or GED, with up to 4 years of related experience.
- Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Work Environment
- Primarily outdoor work environment; exposure to dirt, noise, odors, and weather elements.
- Frequent lifting and handling of objects up to 30 lbs.
- Occasional exposure to occupational risks such as minor cuts or burns.
