Our client, a major Rehabilitation Hospital, is seeking an LPN to join their team in Florence, KY!
Shift: 6: 30p-6: 30a
Pay: $45-$47.50/hour
LPN Job Responsibilities:
- Provides direct/indirect patient care through Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Builds care plans in coordination while coordinating with patient, family members, and staff.
- Communicates changes in patient’ s condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers.
- Assists with discharge planning process.
Job Requirements
LPN Job Requirements:
- Must have active LPN License in the state of Kentucky
- BLS (AHA)
- 2+ years of experience in a Rehab/LTC setting
