Our client, who is located in Bapchule, AZ, is looking for a Janitor to join their team. 

This is a long-term contract role with a pay rate of $20.10. (possible extension or direct hire. Benefits available) 

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Janitor who is dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of assigned buildings and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate should be in good physical condition, capable of standing for extended periods, and able to bend, climb, and lift heavy equipment as needed. This position plays a key role in ensuring that spaces are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained for all occupants.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture.
• Clean glass surfaces and, when required, laboratory equipment.
• Keep restrooms clean and well-stocked, ensuring all supplies are replenished as necessary.
• Operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment, including carpet shampooers, steam cleaners, and other power tools.
• Report any supply shortages to a supervisor to ensure the availability of cleaning materials.
• Ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed in accordance with safety guidelines and procedures.
