Job Description

Our client, a major health care system, is seeking an Inpatient Case Manager for Grand Blanc, MI!!! Must have a Social Work background. 
Shift: 7:30a-4p with weekend rotation
Pay Range: $90-$91hour
Inpatient Case Manager Job Requirements:
  • Must have active RN license or unrestricted MSW
  • 5 years acute inpatient Case Management experience, strong computer skills .
  • Acute Discharge planning, Home health care, rehabilitative medicine, community health, or managed care
  • CCM Certification - preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90.00 - $91.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
