Compiles and keeps medical records of patients of health care delivery system to document patient condition and treatment. MUST have experience with Critical Care, Hospitalist, Infectious Disease, and bedside critical care procedures for professional coding. Checks medical records for completeness and to abstract and code clinical data, such as diseases, operations, procedures, and therapies, using standard classification systems.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in the specifics listed in the description above.
