General Production Worker
Shift time 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM Sunday through Wednesday. OT as needed. Worker will start at $24.00 for orientation and once moved to 3rd will receive $25.00.
Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs assembly and production tasks to support the manufacturing of client products, including windows, doors, and related building materials. Work may include cross-training and rotation across multiple lines and departments.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Gather materials, label products, and maintain accurate production flow.
- Inspect materials and report defects or safety issues.
- Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and maintained.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.
- Support teammates and assist in meeting production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands & Environment:
- Frequent standing, lifting, and moving materials (10–75 lbs).
- Exposure to noise, machinery, airborne particles, and vibrations.
- Use of PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, etc.) required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read a tape measure, follow instructions, and perform basic math.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to cross-train and work overtime as needed.
