Job Description
We have a great Direct Hire opportunity with a client in Long Island, NY for a Engineering Support Specialist to join their team!
The Engineering Support Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer RFQs, supporting communication of technical related issues via technical support bulletins, and contribute to in-house and field training sessions.
The Engineering Support Specialist will also diagnose and prescribe corrective actions for instrument problems via telephone and email. They will review blueprints, schematics, and technical details to determine methods and sequence of assembly operations.

Job Requirements
The Engineering Support Specialist should have:
- Knowledge of processes and analytical instrumentation to include dewpoint, oxygen, and humidity analyzers
- Strong communication skills to work with customers and other internal teams
- Hands on experience with test equipment and other technologies
- Eager to learn!
- Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree
