Dish Room Attendant

Location: Erlanger, KY 
Shift: 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Pay: $15/hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Dishroom Attendant to join our team in Erlanger, KY. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dishroom, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment using dishwashing machines and manual methods.
• Ensure all items are cleaned to health and safety standards.
• Sort and organize clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom and kitchen area.
• Dispose of trash and waste in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed, including food preparation and stocking supplies.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dishroom or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good physical stamina; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
