Our client is looking for a Director of Operations south of Grand Rapids, MI!

Available: 1^st shift, but this is a 24/7 facility – may require to be on call.

Looking for experience with:

• Leadership skills and supervisory experience – Looking for someone that can help take the Manufacturing Division to the next level.
• Financial experience highly desired.
• Hands on, roll up your sleeve leadership qualities.
• Ability to think outside the box, make decisions, take them to the next level.
• Able to deal with frequent change, delays, and unexpected events.
• Self-starter and creative problem solver.
• Knowledge with large equipment/machinery.
• Welding expertise.
• Proficient in production/manufacturing tools.
• Experience and expertise with machinery and the essential skills that allow you to maintain machinery along with improving the machine.
• Reasoning Ability
• Planning/Organization skills
