We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative operations. This role involves basic data entry, customer communication, and general clerical duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of work orders and customer information
- Answer incoming telephone calls and relay messages appropriately
- Utilize computer systems to access and update records
- Assist with general clerical tasks and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or administrative support
- Basic computer proficiency, including data entry systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
