As the COO of CrossFire, Andrew Stinson leads the sales and delivery functions, implementing lessons learned from other organizations to achieve exponential growth. Data analysis remains at the core of his strategy, leveraging the power of data when making decisions. Andrew is passionate about career development, creating an environment in which all employees can reach their fullest potential.

Andrew began his career working with global manufacturing companies, spending over a decade rotating between various departments to develop a holistic understanding of company operations. He held roles in sales, finance, HR, business development, program management, product engineering, strategy, and production. He has also spent the last two years in the M&A space, valuing and executing deals.

In his spare time, Andrew enjoys playing golf, coaching students through the collegiate application process, and spending time in warmer climates with his growing family. Andrew has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and German from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
