Job Description
This is a long-term contract position with a starting pay rate of $14.00/hour (benefits are available).
This position will work a hybrid schedule which will require a minimum of 6 days per month in the office.
The Customer Service Representative:
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries.
- Records details about customer inquiries.
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
- May help train entry level customer service specialists.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Excellent customer service skills; 2 or more years of experience in a Customer Service/Account Support environment required
- Must be able to utilize Outlook, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Smart Sheet)
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM
