Our client, a major chemical manufacturing company, is currently looking for a Content Manager to work with their team in Research Triangle Park, NC.

This is a contract position currently budgeted for 12 months  (possibility of extension or past one year for the right candidate) that offers a pay rate of $26.00 - $29.50

Join our client's team as a Content Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving the digital marketing strategy for Grow Smart Live (GSL). Collaborate closely with the GSL Product Manager to craft, refine, and disseminate content that captivates and educates growers and retailers.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the editorial process, overseeing content creation from concept to distribution, while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Develop quarterly editorial calendars, repurpose content effectively, manage relationships with content creators, and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain alignment with the content marketing strategy, editorial guidelines, and brand voice.
• Act as the primary administrator of our custom CMS, ensuring seamless content management and data hygiene.
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, with meticulous editing and proofreading.
• Prepare and execute content distribution across social channels.
• Monitor user engagement metrics and provide monthly reporting to the organization.
• Contribute to the refinement of the content marketing strategy to drive traffic goals and uphold brand identity.
• Offer insights for continuous improvement of editorial processes, content quality, and system performance.
