Position: Central Supply – Custodial / Linen Distribution
Location: Novi, MI
Pay Range: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour

Job Summary:
Join our hospital support team to help maintain a clean, sanitary, and efficient healthcare environment. As a Central Supply – Custodial/Linen Distribution associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and safe distribution of clean linen and the removal of soiled materials across the hospital campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport clean and soiled linen carts throughout hospital departments.
- Safely maneuver carts weighing approximately 600 lbs (typically two carts at a time) using appropriate handling equipment.
- Load and unload linen exchange carts with bundles weighing 20–40 lbs.
- Support daily linen operations including delivery, restocking, and removal across multiple units.
- Maintain clean and organized work and storage areas.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, often covering large distances throughout the hospital campus.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Comfortable working around soiled materials in a healthcare environment.
- Willingness to adhere to all hospital safety and infection control protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in environmental services, custodial, or supply distribution (Preferred but not required).
Important Notes:
This role requires strong physical endurance and the ability to safely handle repetitive, manual labor in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Candidates must be capable of transporting heavy carts and performing physical tasks consistently throughout the day.

- Pay range: $14 – $18 per hour (based on experience)
