Job Title: QC CMM Programmer
Reports to: Quality Manager
This is a direct Hire opportunity with an annual salary in the $65,000-$75,000 range.
Schedule: Monday through Friday with OT as needed
1st: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
2nd: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday with OT as needed
3rd: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am
Experience
• Blueprint reading/interpretation
• Organizing sorting activity
• Demonstrate multi-tasking abilities
• Working with broad range of hand gauges
• Preferably 2-5 years’ experience in PC-DMIS
• Preferably 2-5 years’ experience in MCOSMOS
Responsibilities
• Perform all CMM operations
• When non-conforming product is found, follow necessary processes
• Assist on continual improvement projects
• Follow all daily QC priorities and responsibilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T
• Measure products by utilizing dimensional layouts, the CMM and other measuring instruments.
• Provide technical support to operations
• Interact with Engineering, Manufacturing and Production Control Management in the execution of process flow through the CMM.
• Identify software/hardware issues that may have detrimental effects on the CMM process.
• Undertake Continual Improvement Projects as defined and assigned by the Director of Quality
Physical Requirements
• Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items
• Responding to public address system announcements
• Walking and standing
• Ability to lift twenty-five (25) pounds or mor

Required Experience
- Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
- Experience with precision measurement tools and hand gauges
- Familiar with CMM programming and operation (PC-DMIS and/or MCOSMOS preferred, 2–5 years)
- Experience working in a quality control or manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CMM equipment to support production and quality control
- Measure products using CMM and other dimensional inspection tools
- Identify and document non-conforming products, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production Control teams to support process flow and product compliance
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with engineering and quality requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support problem-solving efforts
- Monitor and troubleshoot software/hardware issues impacting CMM processes
