Job Ad: Supply Chain Associate

Pay Rate: $32.62/hour
Location: Hagerstown, MD (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote after training)
Contract Length: 1 year (with potential for extension)
Work Schedule: Full-time, no travel required

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain standard work procedures and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document process needs.
• Assist in deploying supply chain training programs and curriculum.
• Contribute to the development and execution of supply chain surveys.
• Review existing business processes with team members and apply lean methodologies (e.g., value stream mapping, fishbone diagrams, Six Sigma) to drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3-5 years in Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Project Management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
