Job Description
Our client is seeking an Assistant Training Coordinator at their facility in Houston, TX. Client is expanding workload and increasing training programs in 2024.
This is a long-term contract position (possible extension or direct hire for the right candidate) with a pay rate of $37.00/Hour (benefits are available).
Part time role: 24-30 hours per week. 8am-5pm. Hybrid schedule- onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and occasionally required to come into the office on Monday or Friday to support onsite events.
The Assistant Training Coordinator will support the administrative function of employee development by administering and tracking training in the LMS, reporting and tracking training completions, and scheduling and coordinating training events.
The Assistant Training Coordinator will also assist with planning and logistics for in-person events, which will include reserving meeting rooms and hotel accommodations, coordinating with caterers, and scheduling team activities and community projects. The Assistant Training Coordinator will also order equipment and supplies, distribute communications on behalf of L&LD leadership, and perform other duties as assigned.
