Job Description
We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to work for our Hematology department in Duarte, CA!
This position starts as an initial 3-month contract with a temp-to-hire intent! Benefits are included.
Shift Details: Monday - Friday 8:30am -5:00pm.
Pay Rate: $23.75/hour
Position Details:
Requesting for an Admin Support who will help support faculty while assisting with their daily needs. Includes managing Outlook calendars, arranging for meetings/travel, reimbursements, managing clinic schedules, writing patient letters, working on faxes, assisting the department and colleagues with special projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience with Epic emr is a plus!!
