Job Description

The AP Processing/Yard Operations position reports to the Director of Purchasing & Yard Operations 
Mon-Fri: 7am-4pm 
 
Essential Duties 
  • A/P processing and scanning of various documents.
  • Demonstrate effective organizational skills: data entry, scanning documents, issuing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Ensure reliability and accuracy while completing tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful purchasing orders.
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally from Vendors and Invoices. Ensure responses are timely with smooth and accurate information flow.
  • On limited items, place orders for projects.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization throughout all processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours.
  • Coordination necessary to operate computers and office equipment with pushbuttons and/or touch screens.
