Job Title: Accountant/Financial Analyst
Location: Detroit, MI
Pay Rate: $30 - $40 per hour
Schedule: Hybrid - Onsite 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Accountant/Financial Analyst to analyze financial data and support business operations. The role involves working with data from work management, ERP, and asset management systems to track financial performance, understand charging, and improve reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data using work management, ERP, and asset management systems.
• Utilize Excel with intermediate to advanced features for financial analysis.
• Maintain an inquisitive and open attitude toward learning, asking questions when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Hybrid schedule – Work onsite in Detroit three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Students in the fields of Accounting, Finance, or Business are welcome to apply.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the financial industry.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
• Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
