We have a great client that is looking for a Reliability Engineer in Anniston, AL!!

Summary:

The Reliability Engineer helps oversee certain aspects of operations, performs preventative and predictive maintenance on tools and equipment. Using data to help keep production costs down by preventing interruptions. Conducts a variety of failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and root cause analysis tasks, identifying potential risks to operations and developing corrective actions. Contributes to the continual improvement process and helps strengthen the overall viability of the company.

Candidate Background:

• Background in industrial engineering and/or manufacturing engineering. 
• Someone who has worked on a green belt/black belt project in the past.  (Does not have to have green/black belt but understand and use those six-sigma type tools)
• Heavily involved in collecting, analyzing data on machines/tools and recommending improvements/countermeasures for maintenance. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
