Customer Support Representative

Job Description
Selected candidate will be responsible for
- Accessing multiple internal and external systems to thoroughly investigate damage claims
- Working with tools such as Microsoft Office products (including MS Teams), Power Bi, and Databricks
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and other internal business units regarding claim statuses
- May help train entry level customer service specialists or handle other duties as requested
Job Requirements
This position requires strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking, technical and customer service skills. Some of the tools required are all Microsoft products, Power Bi, Databricks and Teams
- HS diploma or equivalent- Required
- High level of professionalism with the ability to effectively communicate to internal and external customers- Required
- 2-year minimum experience- Required
- Ability to comprehend varied research information- Required
- Ability to understand service systems and legal compliance regulations- Required
- Good analytical ability- Required
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM- Preferred
