Pay: $28.74/hour

Shift: 7am-3:30pm Tuesday-Saturday

Non-production/MRO Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor NPM inventory daily, weekly, monthly, and annually
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Controllers Office to properly dispose of excess and obsolete material.
• Identify and correct inventory discrepancies, such as negative balances.
• Process inter-plant transfers and shipments as needed.
• Review open orders and receive/disposition inventoried material as needed.
• Confirm receipts by reviewing invoices.
• Log and resolve non-conformances from received material with suppliers.
• Interface with third-party providers for inventory requests or issues.
• Review tool store requests (TSRs) and initial repetitive buys, canceling unnecessary orders.
• Support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities, including housekeeping reviews, 5-S checks, and Kaizen implementations. Participate in WCM Pillar committees.
• Train plant personnel on creating RFM's and TSR's.
• Support Order Processing & Control (OPC) with ordering or follow-up issues.
• Assist with cycle count activities, addressing count variances, and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide NPIC system access as needed.

Non-production/MRO Supervisor Job Requirements:

• Completed bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of Warehouse Supervisory experience
• 2+ years of Manufacturing experience
• Union Environment Experience -- Preferred
