We’re seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Systems Manager to lead our team in revolutionizing electric vehicle production. As a critical member of our engineering team, you will oversee IT operations, mentor a team of MES engineers, and optimize our manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency and quality.

What you’ll do:

• Lead with Impact: Oversee IT functions and mentor a team of MES engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Drive Efficiency: Analyze and optimize our manufacturing processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Champion Quality: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards while ensuring a safe work environment.
• Leverage Technology: Masterfully utilize MES, PLM, and PLEX systems (Nysus experience a plus) to streamline operations.

What you’ll need:

• A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• A proven track record in the automotive industry.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire your team and collaborate effectively.
