Our client, a major utility company, is looking for a Customer Support professional to assist with customer account inquiries in the Metro Detroit area.
This is a long-term contract position with a starting pay rate of $19.00/hour (benefits are available).
This position will work a hybrid schedule which will require the selected candidate to come to the office up to 3 days/week.
Selected candidate will be responsible for
- Accessing multiple internal and external systems to thoroughly investigate damage claims
- Working with tools such as Microsoft Office products (including MS Teams), Power Bi, and Databricks
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and other internal business units regarding claim statuses
- May help train entry level customer service specialists or handle other duties as requested
